Donation Policies
Your generous contribution to the Buckets of Love Foundation supports our initiative of spreading cheer to children. As good stewards of your donations, we follow clear guidelines in processing your gifts.
Gift Policy Standards
All donations to the Buckets of Love Foundation support the Buckets of Love Foundation's mission of providing joy to Delaware children receiving medical care and residing in homeless shelters by supplying them with age appropriate toys and crafts.
We will carefully consider the needs of the organization and will use your gift where we determine it is most needed, so that all donations may directly and indirectly support the Buckets of Love Foundation.
The Buckets of Love Foundation will not accept any restrictions on use of donations less than $10,000; however, if you specifically request at the time of donation that funds be distributed to an accredited Program we will honor such request so long as distribution does not conflict with other Buckets of Love Foundation's policies. If the Buckets of Love Foundation cannot honor a donor’s designation request for a gift of $10,000 or more, the gift will be forwarded to the appropriate local Program or returned to the donor. Third parties to a donation may not change the original designation of a gift. The Buckets of Love Foundation may refuse any gift that does not sufficiently benefit the organization, is in conflict with the Buckets of Love Foundation's mission, puts the reputation of the Buckets of Love Foundation's at risk or is prohibited by law.
For donations made using the bucketsoflove.us website, refunds are available for 15 days after a donation is processed.

Donation Refund Policy
For donations made using the bucketsoflove.us website, if you make an error in your online donation, need to change your online donation and/or would like to cancel your online donation, please contact PayPal directly (www.papyal.com). PayPal's refund policy will apply. Please be sure to add a note to your change/cancellation, if possible.

To request a refund, email info@bucketsoflove.us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
